By My favorite type of dish, biden. It’s a dish of mashed potatoes, onions, potatoes, and salad greens as well as veggies. This dish is a little bit more on the off chance that you’re thinking about it daily, but it’s still pretty darn delicious.

I like to prepare these potatoes in a bowl or in a pie dish that I can just pop into the oven and pop the potatoes out while I’m at it. The dish is also pretty easy to clean.
One time I made a side dish of baked macaroni and cheese, but I was a little too lazy to actually make it, so this is the first time I’ve attempted to make it at home. I used some of the leftover mashed potatoes and added some shredded carrots and a few shredded celery stalks. The dish is pretty good. I would only say that because I don’t like macaroni and cheese, but I could see myself making it again.
